What if I have already accepted the terms?
Tell us before booking and provide the correspondence confirming what you agreed. A COT3 settlement can bind you before signature. Advice must reflect any agreement already reached.
Can I use this service if my tribunal claim is ongoing?
Yes. Acas conciliation remains available during tribunal proceedings. This service covers advice on a proposed COT3 at this point as well as before a claim is submitted.
Will my employer know I contacted you?
