Acas conciliation is the route through which many employment disputes are settled, either before a claim is brought or after one has started. A conciliator passes proposals between you and your employer. If terms are agreed, they are recorded in a COT3.

COT3 Consultation, Review and Proposed Terms

For a client who has been approached about settlement and needs advice before any final terms are accepted. Review of your situation and the relevant documents, a one hour consultation, and written advice on the terms you could propose through Acas.
COT3 Agreement Review and Advice
£400

For a client who already has a COT3 agreement. Review of the agreement supplied and the relevant documents, a one hour consultation, and written advice explaining the terms, their effect and the obligations they place on you.
Amendments to an agreement, negotiation with your employer or the Acas conciliator, representation and detailed valuation of your claims are not included in either service. There is no separate consultation fee on top.

We review the documents and hold a one hour consultation with you.
3. Written advice
You receive written advice on the terms and their effect, or on the terms you could propose through Acas.
