Referral terms

When you share your personal referral link, you earn a reward for each friend who makes their first payment for a Case Assessment or a Belonge membership through your link.

The reward is paid 14 days after the referred person makes their first paid booking. Payments are made by bank transfer to a UK bank account in your name.

No reward is paid if that booking is cancelled or refunded.

You can earn one reward per referred friend. Signing up alone does not earn a reward.

Self referrals are not allowed. Matching email addresses or phone numbers do not qualify. Accounts created before the referral link was used do not count. Your friend may pay with any card.

Your friend can use the discount once. It cannot be combined with another discount.

Case Assessments and Belonge memberships are eligible. Other payments do not earn a reward. Rewards already earned keep the amount recorded when they were earned.
